SMS Organizer functions as your device's Default SMS Application and requires access to SMS permissions in order to provide its core functionality.

The app uses SMS permissions to:

  • Send SMS messages.

  • Receive SMS messages.

  • Display conversations.

  • Organize messages into categories.

  • Search messages.

  • Delete messages when requested by the user.

  • Restore messaging functionality as the default SMS app.

  • Extract OTP codes locally for user convenience.

Important

All SMS processing happens entirely on your device.

We do not upload, store, read, transmit, sell, or share the contents of your SMS messages with any external server or third party.

Contacts

If you grant the Contacts permission, SMS Organizer accesses your contacts only to:

  • Display contact names.

  • Display profile photos.

  • Improve message organization.

Your contacts remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Notifications

Notification permission is used only to:

  • Notify you of incoming SMS messages.

  • Display message notifications.

  • Support quick reply features where available.

Device Information

To improve app performance and stability, we may collect anonymous technical information such as:

  • Android version

Since SMS Organizer does not maintain remote user accounts or cloud storage, most data can be deleted directly by the user.

  • Delete individual SMS messages.

  • Delete conversation threads.

  • Clear app settings.

  • Uninstall the application to remove locally stored app preferences.

Google Play Data Deletion Statement

SMS Organizer operates primarily on your device and does not store SMS messages or contacts on remote servers. Users can permanently delete messages directly within the app or uninstall the application to remove locally stored app preferences.
