1. Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account on AtootBandan. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

1.3 Verification

We may require verification of your identity through a mobile phone number, government-issued ID, or other verification methods. Phone number verification is completed using a One-Time Password (OTP). Verified profiles may receive a verification badge and access to additional features.

1.4 SMS Permission for OTP Verification

To verify your mobile number, AtootBandan may request SMS-related permissions (where supported by your device). These permissions are used only to automatically detect and verify the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, providing a faster and smoother registration experience. We do not read, store, share, or use your personal SMS messages for any other purpose.

1.5 Report User

If you find another user engaging in inappropriate, abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior, you can report that user through the in-app chat or profile reporting feature. Our moderation team reviews all reports and may take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

4.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal information, including your name, mobile number, profile details, photos, and other information you choose to provide, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AtootBandan, you consent to this collection and processing.

4.2 SMS Permission

If you grant SMS permission, AtootBandan uses it solely to automatically retrieve the OTP required for mobile number verification. SMS data is not stored, shared, or used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than OTP verification. Granting this permission is optional where supported, and you may manually enter the OTP instead.

4.3 Profile Visibility

Your profile information will be visible to other users of the platform according to your privacy settings. You can manage profile visibility through your account preferences.

This wording is compliant with Google Play's SMS/OTP disclosure requirements, provided your app only uses SMS permission for OTP verification and not for reading or collecting users' messages.
